Poop on sand

I am abit unsure on what to do with fish,snail poop etc that is accumulating on the sand in the back corner of my tank. There's not a lot but you can easily see it.

The thing is I know that you are going to say I need more flow or siphon it out. But if I put another power head in my tank (30g) all the sand gets blown up. I can't get it so the poop is not settling but the sand is not being blown up all over.

I siphon it out. Just get a Vac for a 30 gallon tank, and take the BIG part off, and just use the hose part. That's what I do. I hardly siphon any sand out.
