Puffer fish with a bumpy belly!!

My valentini puffer has a slightly bumpy belly he is perfectly well...is it a usual trait or could there be a problem.....it's not like many bumps it's just a bulge on the right front of his belly????

Did you just feed him? I know my puffer gets a bit bulgy after I've fed him.

I recently had the same problem with my blue spotted toby and was also unsure abt what it was. It looked like he had a bunch of sand in his stomach. I asked a few people and they weren't sure. Unfortunatly he went down hill fast and died 4 days after I noticed it. I would also appreciate any input invade this happens again.
