QT tank
I have my 10gal QT tank all set up and running. I introduced a small Basslet and a small Goby which I bought from the lfs this past week.
ParaGuard by SeaChem looks like a good product for the purpose treating any unseen problems the fish may have or carry. Is it recommended to treat new fish preventatively while in the QT tank?

No I would not treat unless you have a problem. Just observe the new fish for a couple weeks and if no problem, into the main we go.
