Raccoon Butterfly Fish not eating??

I have a new Raccoon Butterfly Fish, been in tank 1 1/2 weeks.

Fairly active, uses majority of tank as it swims around. I am feeding the tank variety of frozen foods. Mysis Shrimp, Brine Shrimp, Squid, Emerald Green. A couple Ocean gel food. Brown Algae tied to a rock.

During feeding Raccoon Butterfly looks like he is eating, swims around and looks at everything, but upon closer inspection he does not appear to eat, just looking?

Any suggestions or insights appreciated.

We used garlic xtreme soaked into the food and our threadfin butterfly ate like there was no tomorrow!!
