Recent snowflake eel

I bought a foot long snowflake eel last Wednesday and have him in a qt. I fed him a quarter of a silverside last week and today he ate the same amount. Is this good or bad any suggestions?

Watch out them are suiside fish I had them 2 diffenent times they always seem to jump out n dry out on the floor
