Red phantom tetra

Hello,
I already have 10 Red Phantom Tetra in my tank right now and really love theses little guys. Can I add more without issues? Should I hurry up to add them so they almost have the same size? or should I wait a little bit before adding some more? Right now theses ones have been in the tank for 2 weeks.
