red sea test kit

i bought one of these kits to test for copper and dont understand how to use it they tell you to fill tube to the 10ml mark but there isnt one.i took the syringe and took out 5ml twice and put six drops of the indicator in and shook it.im i doing this right?

if i am it looks like i am at 0.2
