hello everyone, i was just wondering what opnions anyone may have regaurding how long i should leave the light on im my refg. 24hrs, 12, 8 ect. 7days a week ect, i've been leaving it on 24/7 I havent noticed any ill effects but was just curious

I run my lights on my refuge 24/7. I run grape calerpa in mine and between 24/7 and keeping it pruned (feeding some to the tangs) that it keeps it from going sexual and causing the water from turning a milky white color.
