Road block! Plumbing?

Okay guys and gals I hit a road block trying to figure out how ima going to plumb out my tank.. I'll be getting a 240-300g tank and I need advice on how I'm going to plumb out this sump I have with the tank.. I'm going to run two overflows each with two holes.. I was trying to do 2 drains 1 of them with 1.5 PVC and the other with 1 PVC. And the 2 return will be running on a mag 24 (2400 gph) I was going to the 1 inch or 1.5 PVC.. My question is how do I run this on the sump and what size do I use? How do I get this run on the sump and the sump has in 1 inch bulkhead glued in it already.. Do I have to change the bulkhead? And my size on the refug side is to small for a 1 in.. I'm confused! I'll attach some pics..
