salt to egg ratio?

How much salt to brine shrimp eggs do you add to a 2 liter hatchery?
And how long does it take fot the eggs to hatch?
46 gal in process of being converted into sw
1 gal tank (Siamese Fighiting fish)
2 1/2 gal tank (Siamese Fighiting fish)
18 gal SW
