I want to know if I can buy regular seaweed that I buy at a Chinese restaurant that I used for sushi rolls. Or do I have to buy the one for marine fish. Because for a pack of 100 sheets I pay 16.00$ and for fish I pay 70.00$ for 50 sheets. Does it matter ?

The nori sheets for sushi will be just fine to feed your fish with.

Yes, use unseasoned nori anytime from your Chinese grocery or the Internet.
