Shrimp acting funny

Hi all come in last nite and my shrimp have been acting strange one is shaking side to side quite violently and the other 1 Is just standing on da sand bed but when I feed them they spring to life I've also noticed lots of silver bubbles coming out of da sand tank been going for about 3 months water Params are all fine any ideas why they might be acting funny?
