What's the brand of the silicone you guys use for making an aquarium.

Any type wouuld be okay, or without toxic or whatnot. and mention where

you can get them at.

thanks

GE Silicone I for windows and doors, has been used by many. It is available at all sorts of stores such as Home Depot and most hardware stores. There are better products (I'm told) made by GE, a 1200 series, that is stronger, but not as readily available. It is more of a contractors product. Don't use anything that says "tub and tile" or "kitchens and baths".

Also, I wouldn't use the GE II series of products (gold tube). It says specifcally not for use in aquariums in the fine print. I have read that it has to do with the mold mildew prevention agents they use in that line.
