When I got my skunk shrimp last week, she had eggs inside her. They are bright green under her swimmerets.

Anyone know how long it usually takes a cleaner shrimp to lay eggs??? Just want to make sure he's alright.

I think the babies will be panktonic larvae. They will be very small and hard to care for.

Yeah I've had one spawn before but no babies survived they all became food for my fish. You can barley see the babies I noticed them on my side glass when I first saw them. The only way to make sure you get a good survival rate is by putting the shrimp in his own tank around 20 gallons or larger with a sponge filter.
