Snail troubles.....

My snails seem to be gravitating towards the very top of tank just above the water line. Is this normal, or is there something in the water they don't like?
My water quality is perfect except for nitrates around 25ppm. I have heard that nitrates can harm inverts.

In all my tanks the snails migrate to the top. lol When the lights go out though they should all go about their business and leave the water line.

Mine do the same it it bothers you and want them to get back to work put them back to work lol.
