For my 30 gallon tall tank I am looking for hardy fish that can give me some wiggle room
Here's what I was thinking:
•1 saddle valentini puffer?
• 2 ocellaris clowns
•1 sleeper banded goby
•1 bicolor dotty back
Any other suggestions?

I'd be careful with the bicolor dottyback. Those things are straight outta hell temperament wise. Mean little things

Overall, it sounds doable to me as long as you have solid filtration on your tank. I personally think puffers need bigger tanks...though what you have listed can work in a 30, I would just make sure I have a skimmer on the system to try to prevent any issues 'larger' sized fish can cause in smaller setups. Good luck, especially with the puffer. I always wanted one but love my clams too much for them to become a snack.
