Swim Bladder Treatment?

I have a Tassle Filefish that I've had for 8 months. It's abdomen is swollen and swimming like he is drunk. I looked around online and it seems that it may have something wrong with its swim bladder. Has anyone had this issue? If so, is it something that is treatable, runs its course, or is the fish done for? It really sucks, because it is one of my favorite fish.
