Tank question

I bought a 210 gallon tank used. Everything seems good on it except the black rim on the bottom is split in 2 places. My question is should I replace the rim or would it be ok to fill the tank as is?

I would repair it. Once u fill it and it leaks that be a nightmare.

Can I repair it or do you think I should order a new one?

You should be able to repair it. But I personally am horrible with stuff like that. So I would replace it or have someone else do it. Depends on how bad it is.
