Trace elements in FOWLR tanks

How important are they really? Obviously, the salt mix will add some trace elements (at least, Instant Ocean says they do).

Should I supplement the trace elements with something like Marine Trace from SeaChem or Natural Trace Marine from API? (I'd lean towards SeaChem or Essential Elements from Kent Marine before API stuff)...

Not important at all. Everything you need is in your salt mix. Don't add anything else. It's a waste of money.
