turbo snails

I got 10 turbo snails about a week ago and they look like they are all dead. What could have happened? I can't figure it out. I tested the water and everything is good and my fish are fine.

also whats your SG?

how did you acclimate?

my sg is 1.025 and I didnt do much acclimation I poured a cup of water in every five minutes for an hour... I didn't think I had to do much more for the snails?

Inverts need a more prolonged acclimation. Either by drip acclimation or adding about 1/2 cup of tank water every 20 mins for about 3 hrs.
