How often does everyone do a water change?

it kinda seems like it depends on your type of tank, may it be reef or fish only, i guess?
i have a 29g FOWLR and i try and do a 5gallon (16%) every 10-14 days. and my bio load isnt very large. just 3 fish all together

10% every week!!!!! Fresh saltwater more often= my fish are happier. and in my opinion, its less likely for your water parameters to sneak up on you, if you don't check every day.
