Water Flow???

I have a 36g bow front fowlr. Currently I only have one circulation pump 500gph. Is this enough Flow?

I had two of those in a 29. I would add another.

Standard flow for a FOWLR is 10x you tank volume. So 360gph in that tank would be enough. But I'd get 2 powerheads, as one will typically blow all the debre into a corner.
Reef tanks will start out at a flow rating of 20x the tank volume, and go much higher.
