Bristle worms.
There just little members of your cuc.
They hitch hike on live rock.
They're really cool, I have one in my pico tank that's 7-9 inches long.

U can get traps. Personally I don't like them either. And their bristles can imbed in your skin and cause irritation thats difficult to remove. Not much experience as I have a trap that I just put in today... I found some pretty big ones so i want them out before they get extremely big. Ill get other things to do clean up !

The problem is there is nothing else that is as good as cleaning up. I keep all of mine and almost bought them. Keep em.
