What could this be living in my filters

I cleaned a couple filters today 1 canister and 1 hang on tank and in there was something small that really looked like shrimp, I have a coral banded shrimp, I do not feed live brine or mysis but frozen shrimp only.

What is up with this ???????

no , but I plan to open my other canister tomorrow maybe I can get a good pic they are light brown and move fast when I knocked one off the filter into tank it did not swim well and I fed some to my cichlids, at their head they have long antenas, they do have a shell like a shrimp
