what is this?

We have 4 peppermint shrimp that have all molted over the past month or so.

Today we noticed one has a weird sac of simething light pink on its belly. When it moves its legs it looks like the stuff is going to come out. What is this?

My ghost shrimp have the same stuff and they lay them under my driftwood. I would be looking under LR for baby shrimp

To update: the shrimp with the "eggs" hasnt been seen since that night. The following morning there was a shell that looked just like the molted shell that was shed 3 times before... Not sure if the two are related, but we havent seen the peppermint since that night...
