White spots!!

Haven't been here in a while, but everything with my tank is going great. all tests come back good, and fish are doing great, shrimp are monting like crazy here. Anyways, on the back wall of the tank, and on some of the equip. i noticed white dots growing, when i do a PWC and clean the equip. i wash it all off, but it grows right back after a couple of days. It's ready hard and i end up using a scrapper to get it off. What is it ???
