Does any one know signs of stress of these guys?

Is that mastigias? Usually you'll see slow to non pulsing, tears or tentacles being ripped apart/floating, and/or accumulation of food within tentacles without it passing. I assume you notice something abnormal?

Yes seems to be like hyperventilating

Take a short vid of this hyperventilating as what may seem abnormal may be quite regular. I have coworkers that could give an answer if I'm unable to.

It is not doing it anymore it was laying on the bottom with tentacles spread wide open and the bell was constricted tight with short fast pulses. Since yesterday it's been swimming around just fine.
