My yellow watchman goby is paired up with a pistol shrimp. He always used to come all the way out of the cave to let the pistol shrimp roam around. I added a new vlamingi tang about 8 inches big, and the YWG never comes out anymore. The tang nor any of the other fish pose a threat to neither the pistol shrimp or the goby. It is getting hard to feed him because he is always sitting inside. The tang has been in there for about 3 weeks now. The new tang hangs out on the opposite side of the tank and whenever he swims by the goby gets scared a goes straight back inside. Is there any way to fix this problem?
