Zebra Lion + Antennarius Frog/anglerfish

Would a Zebra lionfish and an antenarius anglerfish be likely to get along? I'm not very experienced but I don't want to kill off my fish of course haha btw these fish would be together in a 55 gallon tank

Those both will fit in a 55. Both may try to eat the other, depending on who is bigger. You will alos limit any other fish that you add to the tank, not to mention any type of clean up crew.

Would these fish be likely to eat hermit crabs and a serpent starfish?

A safe bet is anything they can fit in their mouths can be food. I doubt either would eat a star.
