Normally [acronym:5576107238="Freshwater"]FW[/acronym:5576107238] tanks still use [acronym:5576107238="Reverse osmosis"]RO[/acronym:5576107238]. A water softener will replace calicum, iron, lead and other higher charged ions for sodium ions.
Does this help? Please feel free to ask away. Marianne |
