I currently have two tanks.

My main tank is a 26 gal, planted freshwater tank with fluval filtration that is usually kept at 80 degrees F. It's current inhabitants include:

1 veiled angelfish
1 albino ancistrus
1 longfin calico ancistrus
2 harlequin rasboras (their buddies recently died)
2 sunset dwarf gouramis (male and female)
2 chinese algae eaters
1 golden wonder killifish
2 zebra loaches
2 vampire shrimp
1 red tiger/mickey mouse platy (just added today, so we'll see how he does)

For the most part I let the plants do their own thing now, in terms of growth. I just do minor maintenance. The fish seem less stressed when I'm not in there cutting plants back all the time. I have two good sized pieces of driftwood in the tank. I also have a co2 tank for the plants.

My smaller tank is a 6 gallon Fluval "Edge." Inhabitants include:

3 galaxy rasboras
2 pea puffers
5 red fire shrimp

I'm a big fan of freshwater shrimp and get them whenever I can... they're just hard to find in my area unfortunately.

Here's a pic of the bigger tank:
