i just signed up about four days ago so i figured id put an intro up and get a few opinions! my dad and i set up our 90 gal about a year and a half ago. my dad wanted to and was reaserching how to set a tank up since he bought the house almost eighteen years ago. When my best friend started up his 25 gallon DIY nano it kind of set him off to invest in the hobby. we started out with the 90 gallon with corner overflow and a 30 gallon refugium setup. we got a coralife t5 lighting fixture and protien skimmer. we have about an inch and a half live sand bed and about 225 lbs of live rock. weve had our ups and downs with a few algae battles (green hair and red bubble) but other than that our tank is doing exellent for our first! may i ask how to add pictures with the android app! ive been trying to figure it out to show you guys but i have been unsucsessful.i have really good pictures that go from initial setup(no water)- to now.
