Another Newbi

Hi everyone, newbi with the same old questions I have a 55 gl tank one of my problems is getting the nitrites to hold Right now it's 0.0ppm by tomorrow morning it will be up to 0.25ppm and climbing I do a 25% wc everyday and it drops to 0.0ppm what should I do ?????
Also the water is slightly cloudy all the time ?????
All the fish are fine

Yes, I only waited 4 days and added 4 giant Dainios everthig was fine So I added 6 Neons Tetras, Silver Dollars and 2 Cory Cats That's when all my problems started

Its still cycling, the only things you can do is the water changes or try bacteria in a bottle.
