Every pic i try to use as my avatar, it says it is too big...How do I fix them so that they fit?

Its width can be no greater than 125 pixels, the height no greater than 125 pixels, and the file size no more than 12 KB.

Alternately, if you do not have the software to resize it appropriately, post the pic in this thread and I'm sure someone will resize it for you
