Hello! I'm a college student and have just gotten into the aquarium hobby. I already know I've made mistakes, the first one being making an impulsive decision to go out and get my little guys, without doing any research first... after already setting them up the way I thought I should is when I learned about cycling, the nitrogen cycle, overcrowding, etc... yikes. You live and you learn. For now they seem to be doing great, but I do plan on upgrading them into a bigger tank.... I'm currently trying to cycle the tank with fish in. Testing the water and preforming 20-30% water changes daily or every other day depending on the readings. (Sorry I can't even imagine taking my new friends back or rehoming them. I am weirdly attached.)
