Hey there,
I'm a long time reader, first time poster. I used to have a 100g Cichlid tank about 10 years ago but had to get rid of it. Just got a 30g tank with some community fish and can't say I'm anywhere near expert on the fish (though I'm incredibly proud of my water quality since I'm a bit rusty).
Having a tank where you know everything wants to kill everything else was easy... but since I have a 4 year old now the whole 'circle of life' thing could get a little awkward so we're going with some docile, yet incredibly interesting so far, tank mates.
So long story short, I'll probably have some questions and occasionally throw in my two cents.
