I dont even know if this is the right thread for this question, but I'll ask it anyways, and hope you guys can help. I googled, youtubed, and ask.com before I registered anyways on to my small problem

Yesterday I opened my brand new 30 gallon fish tank from SeaClear, I got it from Amazon, but it ultimatly was shipped from petco. Anyway I chose it for the reason I have feeder fish and I will be adding a baby turtle into it.

The aquarium is fine its perfect for now, but the only problem I had was it came with 3 cutouts on top of it. The cover of the tank is glued on, so I cant take it off, thats a problem. How would I got about widing the 3 small size cut outs?

Would I need a dremel tool to cut it, I forgot to say that it was Acrylic, brand new. I dont wanna return it because it was on sale, and its perfect except for that.
