I am new here. I currently do not have an aquarium, but am planning on getting one. Anytime I get a new pet, I try to do as much research as possible, before getting one. I want to get a Betta fish, but not sure on what would be needed. For example, what size tank would be best? Gravel, filter, plants, toys (swim through things), testing sets, the stuff you add to water and that sort of stuff. I have gone to the fish department and see they have SO much stuff to add to water. I would definitely want to do a fishless cycle. Has anyone done one of those with success? I am new to the world of aquariums. I have not bought anything yet, so any advice would be helpful.
