Freshwater ORP

Have been keeping fish for a few years. Recently got a ph and ORP controller. Really just needed a ph controller. But the orp was mostly free. Been looking for info I ORP in fresh water planted tanks. Need a good reference. For use

I'd be interested as well, I've seen old threads on them but never a reference user guide.
