From gift for kids to hobby to passion

My wife and I got a 15 gal goldfish tank for our kids 2 years ago. We now have a 40 gallon long tropical community tank in the living room and a 29 gallon bow front green spotted puffer tank in master bedroom. Thinking about either a South American cichlid, or saltwater tank for the hallway. I'm pretty torn because the third will have to be the last and I have a lot of ideas. Just can't decide.

Oh yea the 15 gallon is now my sick tank in the laundry room. I learned about cycling after we lost the goldfish. One mistake I'll never make again.
