Getting back into this

My name is Rob and although I grew up having an aquarium, it has been a few years since I last had one. I always had a FW one, but now have been reading alot and found this forum and I am just trying to learn as much as I can in order to set up my first SW aquarium.

Hi and WELCOME to AA

A good place to start is by reading this thread < click there. Then go the articles section and read about the fishless method of cycling a tank.

Come back and start posting questions in the Saltwater & Reef - Getting Started section. There are many here who started the same way. I had a fw tank(s) for 10+ years, and then went without one for a few before deciding to take thw sw plunge.

GO SLOW is the best advice I can give you 'cause "nothing good ever happens fast in a sw aquarium"

Welcome to the site and the "saltie" side!
Age is relative, you are only as old as you act....of course, this works in reverse....
