Hi everyone! I am a new aquarium enthusiast and currently have a 20 gallon tank with one beautiful orange goldfish and one pleco which I am moving out in a day or 2 when I get another tank as I now know that plecos and goldies arnt recommended together. I also have 3 very tiny frogs in there. I help manage apartments and when I saw this beautiful orange fish left behind and in poor shape I took him in. At first I overcrowded the tank as the pet shop employee lied and said it was ok. Ick set in and I lost some fish and even my beloved orange got sick and retreated to corner. However, I got on line and nursed him back to tip top shape with a salt bath and some melafix. I even have a 10 gallon emergency tank now for emergencies. So thats my story. I want to get a 50 gallon this week and for now my orange is very happy with the 20 gallon to himself and a few frogs. I cant wait to learn more and plan on a heater tank for some tetras as well in near future.
