Greetings,
I have had freshwater tanks in the past and want to get in the swim again.

My space is limited and I like the look of the Oceanic biocube 14 gallon.
Has anyone used this as a freshwater tank and if so what changes did you have to make to the filtration and lighting elements.

Thanks for your help!

Phil

Its a good tank. I had a used biocube 29 gal temporarily but sold it because the glass was really scratched. Other than that, the tank looked impressive. I thought lighting was excellent. One light seemed like more than enough (other light was broken out). I would just leave everything the same since you're doing freshwater.

Welcome! I have not personally run a biocube, but I have a couple of friends who own them and like them very much.
