Aquarium Advice Activist
Hello fellow members. Firstly I feel grateful to be a member of a community of enthusiasts that exchange and collaborate ideas regarding aquarium set ups and the fish that live in them.
I am a 37 yr old male, married, with 2 kids and one on the way. I work full time, part time, and am in grad school. Life is pretty busy, but my two tanks keep me grounded and balanced.
I have a 55 gallon freshwater tank, Eheim cannister filter, natural plants, community fish. tank has been running for about 2 months: 1 running just water,1 with fish added over the remaining time. I love it. I have a CO2 system coming in the mail. (I have questions on how the most effective way of setting that up. 5lb tanks)
My other tank is a 16 gallon. lower maintenance. I had this tank before I upgraded. I've had it for about 1 yr and a half. community fish, plastic plants.
