Hello everyone,

I have recently become VERY hooked into the aquarium hoby and in a matter of a month now own 75 gal freshwater fish tank and 30 gal planted tank... Ive spent countless hours searching, reading forums and have bought plenty of magazines and books.. The more I do the more i want to tdo

I just started setting up my planted tank a couple days ago and am taking it alot slower then I did with my first (i kinda jumped into it with both feet)...

Im sure I will be asking plenty of questions because this is something i see myself doing for a long time...

Thankyou

Roy

Hi Roy, welcome to AA, your 75 sounds great, yes take things slowly. please don't forget to cycle your tank, if you're not familiar with fishless cycling, click
on the links below and read the articles, your fish will thank you for it.

it could be tempting to skip those sections, but for the sake of the fish, go for it, an uncycled tank could kill all your fish. if you have any questions there are a lot of very experienced fishkeepers here on the forum who can answer them for you, Good luck and enjoy!!.
