I have been an enthusiastic aquariast for the longest time. I have only had tanks for around 6 years, at one point I took all of them down and waited a year to start over. The only fish that stayed with me were the JD, and the plecos.
I just got the salt tank yesterday. Need more equipment ! Didn't come with protein skimmer or powerheads, and i would really like to set up a sump. The moving of the tank shook things up alot and the ammonia level is really high right now. I think I can fix this with water changes for now, and will keep testing.
Btw, my wife thinks I'm insane...
