I love the calm I feel from my tank, although for various reasons I have not had one set up for 12 years! One of the biggest things after I had been out of the hobby for awhile was the learning about cycling and having a cycled tank with BB to process waste. And learning about testing the water. And not changing the filter pads out until they are falling apart!
