Never kept an aquarium before. I came across this steal online and now own a 5' long 100gal? aquarium, some filters. I am on the fence on whether to do a fresh or salt water aquarium. This forum seems to have alot of great advice.

Welcome to AA. CAUTION: it's very Addicting! Like others said it all depends. Freshwater is easier to start up and keep IMO and less expensive than saltwater.
