Hello & help please - guppies :)

Hi, we have a new tank with four guppies & four neon tetra, (in from Thursday eve) all seems fine, but two have been behaving strange from yesterday. One was swimming vertically & the other was staying in one place at the top of the tank, today they are both doing that & looking weak. All other fish in the tank seem happy, any clues? I've been googling & finding loads of baffling information! Thanks

What are the water parameters? They might have a disease. possibly just stressed.

Water parameters seem ok, all other fish thriving. The weaker one was dead this morning, the other is hanging on just, I think it has come from the pet shop with something, or was weak unfortunately, can't see any distinguishing disease marks.
