I'm Avra, and I'm totally new to fish keeping. I have a little 5 gallon tank that I just started fishless cycling yesterday. Fortunately for my future fish I came across an article about cycling by accident while doing a little research, because I had never heard of cycling before.
I was going to get a goldfish for this tank, but found out that that was a bad idea. So after getting over the mild disappointment, since I had wanted a goldfish since I was little (but that was when I thought they were little 2" fish! Who knew?!), I decided I'll have betta instead.
I look forward to learning from everyone, as I'm sure I'll have pleanty of questions.
